Kevin J. Tierney is a Registered Investment Advisor and has been a practicing financial consultant for the past 20 years. Mr. Tierney graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Business Administration; majoring in Economics with minors in Accounting, Philosophy and The Humanities.

Upon graduation, Mr. Tierney spent a number of years as an Intelligence Specialist and Analyst for the United States Government.

In 1975, Mr. Tierney initiated his investment business, combining his studies in economics and accounting with the skills acquired in the intelligence field to blend the investment philosophy of such masters as Bernard Baruch and the Rothschilds with his chosen 50+ quantitative economic indicators. In this way, Mr. Tierney is able to predict fundamental investment trends with attention to particular stocks and other instruments which will benefit from those trends.

EXAMPLES
  • In 1975, Mr. Tierney correctly calculated damage to the coffee trees in South America and accurately predicted 60th a two year rise and subsequent fall in coffee prices.

  • In 1986, in an October issue of "BARRON'S'. one year before the market crash of October 1987, Mr. Tierney foretold the immense damage of program trading in the market collapse.

  • In October 1992, he correctly predicted the top in bonds and sold on the precise day the market peaked.

  • In the third quarter of 1994, while the Federal Reserve was raising interest rates, Mr. Tierney began accumulating US Treasury bonds, and as a result, in 1995, his clients profited from the 3rd best bond rally of the century.
